MOVEMENT
The Movement Group is held once per week and begins with breath control exercises, followed by a combination of hatha yoga poses and simple body weight and partner exercises. The class ends with brief meditation and post-workout savasana. There is an optional post-exercise activity that follows.
The Movement Group meets on Wednesdays on the Upper East Side from 3:30 pm - 4:30 pm. Participants are encouraged to stay after for refreshments and fun with the group during our Sips & Stories program (until 5:30 pm). Both programs run on an ongoing basis.
